As we near the end of yet another golf season, the Golf Association of Ontario would like to get some feedback on the RCGA Network (Handicap System) through a survey. We kindly ask you to take a few minutes to complete our annual RCGA Network (Handicap System) survey, which is conveniently available on-line. We welcome all your comments and feedback on the system.
