About the Rules
A Rules Committee comprised of RCGA/USGA
certified rules officials is committed to administering the Rules of Golf and to the ongoing education of GAO
members on the Rules of Golf. The GAO ensures this ongoing education by conducting Level 3 Rules Workshops
for those seeking certification or re-certification. The GAO also responds to members' Rules
questions.
