How to Post Scores Online & Video Tutorials

To post scores online, please click on Post Scores in the green box on the right hand side .  You will then see the new RCGA Network page.

Your Username is GAO(6 digits) i.e. GAO555555 and if you are a New Public Player Member, your password defaults to 123456 (you may change this later by clicking on the Admin icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your “Golf Life” page).  If you are a returning Public Player Member, and have created a score-posting password before 2009, you may continue to use this password.  

If you see the Profile page, please fill in the Yellow mandatory fields - email address and Province. You may complete the other information if you wish. If you do not see the Profile Page, you may click on Enter Score. 

You will now be able to select Enter Score. 

To post an Adjusted Gross Score select your “Score Date.”  Select a course from the “Course List.”  To post an Away Score for a golf course not on your Course List, click on the “Away Score: Course Finder” button and select the course.  Once you have selected a course, select the number of Holes, Tee Box, and enter your Score.  After you have ensured that all the information is correct, click on the “Post Score” button.

NOTE:  If you continue to experience difficulty logging in or posting your scores, close the current browser and open a fresh one.  Type www.gao.ca directly into your URL address bar and click go.  This will take you to the GAO homepage.  Choose Post Scores from the green menu on the right hand side of the screen and follow the sign in instructions, remembering to include the GAO prefix before your six digit number  i.e. GAO******.
